Four men raped a 25-year-old woman in Gurugram on Saturday, October 3. The incident took place at the DLF Phase-2. They also physically assaulted her, resulting in a severe injury to her head.

Pawan, an office worker, had paid the woman to have sex with him. At around 1:30 am, she stood at the Sikanderpur Metro Station from where he picked her up. After that, he took her to a property dealer’s office in DLF Phase-2. Three other men were there already: Ranjan, Pankaj, and Gobind. They then asked her to have sex with all of them. However, she refused. Thereafter, they raped and beat her. They also smashed her head against the wall. Following that, they left the spot.

A security guard informed the Gurugram police about the woman’s condition. Once they reached him, they immediately took her to a local hospital. Later, her condition only grew worse. Therefore, she was shifted to Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi.

Police raid city, arrest all four rapists

Meanwhile, the police who took her statement sent out special raiding parties. Although they lived in Chakkarpur area, they all fled to different parts of the city. Despite that, the police caught them in less than two hours. So far, police found out through interrogation that while Pawan is an office employee, the other three are delivery executives from Swiggy and Zomato.
